Deliveries and Returns

Delivery

We try to be very up-front about the delivery cost, calculated on weight, and except for exceptional orders, keep cost to a basic minimum.

In addition, we have an order tracking system that can keep you informed at all times of the status of your order. We don't believe in using call centres and will always give you a straight, sensible and honest answer to any of your queries.

Please also allow for your chosen delivery method. Approximate turnround and lead times are shown on our website. If a delivery date is very important please contact us first and we will be happy to advise if we can meet your requirements.

*Bike orders and international orders are exceptional due to the size and weight of each.


Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it to us within 28 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a refund as long as we receive the item in an unworn and unused condition with all original packaging and instructions. 

Please ensure that you include all your details and preferably original receipt with your return.

We are unable to refund postage unless an item is faulty. If an item is faulty or damaged please return to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue an exchange or full refund.

Please obtain a "proof of postage" certificate from the Post Office when posting your returns. Natural Connection cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. But if you have a certificate of posting you can claim from the Post Office.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received, according to the Regulations set down by the EU Distance Selling Directive 97/7. If this is the case please contact us regarding your intentions. Goods must be in mint unused condition otherwise they are considered to be accepted by you.
