PROTEIN BALLS
Ingriedients: 1 cup of porrage oats, 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 2 tblspoons of almond butter, 1 tblspoon of honey, 1/3 cup of smooth apple sauce.
Mix separatly all the dry and wet ingredients, then combain them toghether. Your base for PROTEIN BALLS is ready.
You can add to the dry mix any of your favourite nuts. To make it super healthy, we suggest adding chia seeds and linseed.
If you want your balls to have less calories, go for an unsweeten option, when buying apple sauce and peanut butter.
Divide the dry mix into two bawls. To the first one add half cup of freeze dried cherries and blueberries and 2 tblspoons of cocoa powder. To the other half add half cup of freeze dried Exoti Mix and 2 tblspoons of coconut flakes. Divide the wet mixture into half and mix toghether with dry ingredients. Then hape with your hands small balls.
If you feel that your ready mixtures are to dry and does not stick toghether to form a ball, add some extra apple sauce.

To make your balls trully special dip them at the end in dark or white chocolate. DELICIOUS!!


Possibilieties are endless! To make them look beautifull on the table, roll the BALSS in coconut flakes, raspberry powder or cocoa....
