PLUM AND STRAWBERRY AMARANTH DESSERT

Ingredients:

½ cup Amaranth Popping

½ cup of Amaranth flakes

3 tablespoons butter

½ teaspoon of brown sugar

120 g dried plums

1/3 cup water

200 g thick natural yoghurt

About 12 freeze-dried strawberries

Mint leaves for garnish

Fry popping and flakes in butter with a little sugar. Boil the plums in water for about 5 minutes until they become soft, then mix it into a smooth jam. Strawberries, cut into small pieces. Create in the cups layers of toasted flakes of dried plum jam, yoghurt and strawberries. Repeat the step. Decorate with mint leaves.
