CHIA AND RAPBERRY SHOTS

Ingredients:

Chia seeds 28g (2 tablespoons)

Coconut milk 150ml

Freeze dried raspberries (pieces or whole)

Maple syrup – (1 tablespoon)

Cover chia seeds with coconut milk and gently stir. Add maple syrup, honey or stevia to taste. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, for seeds to become softer and liquid thicker.  Into the clean shot glass sprinkle some raspberries and cover with chia/coconut mix until almost, the top of the shot glass. Sprinkle again some raspberries on the top. ReadyJ

You will have 3x50ml shot glasses by using those quantities.

Nutritional value per shot:  122kcal, 3.6g fat, 4.6g sugar, 2.15g protein
